How long have you been tattooing and how did you start your tattooing journey?

I have been tattooing since about 2010. I started tattooing some of my friends at home. I was interested in learning how to tattoo since I got my first tattoo on my leg. When I saw how my tattoo artist worked, I said “I want to do that”.

Do you remember what was the first tattoo you did? If so, tell us what it was and for who.

Yes, the first tattoo was a simple star with one initial letter in the middle for a football partner. It was very funny because I was very nervous, in my room, in the summer and on a very hot day.

Please, tell us about your current tattoo style and how it has changed over the years.

I have always done many styles, but now I do mostly Neo Traditional and Neo Japanese styles. I can adapt to many ways of working, but I can actually turn down some designs and focus on my own style.

Does anyone or anything inspire you?

Yes, actually the internet is an endless source of inspiration. My inspiration comes from sculptors, painters, photographers, other tattoo artists…. There are many accounts on different social media for inspiration.

Are there any tattoo artists who are extremely admirable to you? If so who?

Yes, I can tell you a lot of names! Some of my favorites are Max Titanic, Luis Rostro, Toni Donaire, Jake Danielson, Justin Hartman, Denis Vazios…

Do you have any memorable tattoo story or a customer that has stuck with you through all the time you have been tattooing?

Yes, I will always remember a certain girl client, actually a friend from my neighborhood. She came in for her first tattoo and it was a large piece on her back. When I started making lines, she started crying…. it was very painful and she was not expecting it because it was her first tattoo. I felt very sorry for her, we needed many sessions to finish this tattoo and she cried every time. I think I would be harsher on her today…

Is there any art form that fascinates you also except tattooing? Maybe do you have any other passion or something that you really enjoy doing?

Yes, I did graffiti murals for many years, and my last job was a painting workshop. We would airbrush and custom paint helmets, bicycles, bikes in the garage…. and all kinds of surfaces.

Do you like visiting or exhibiting at tattoo conventions? Would you recommend any of them?

I haven’t moved that much, I feel very comfortable in my area. I just visited the Barcelona Tattoo Convention three times and the Milano Tattoo Convention, both as visitors. I really want to assist as a tattooist next year. I recommend both conventions, I love them.

Any artist you planning to get tattooed by? Who has tattooed you already?

Yes, I got to visit Toni Donaire to finish the sleeve on my left arm. We did two consecutive full days to start the sleeve and he killed me… I am being tattooed by Toni Donaire (Barcelona), Victor Chil (Barcelona), Javi Galien (Cadiz) Nil Marques (Mallorca) and Fede Svendsen (Mallorca).

What are your plans and dreams? If you think about yourself in 10 years, what do you see?

I think I am very close to my dreams in terms of career plans. I am very happy with my job and my lifestyle. I hope to define my style, continue tattooing for many years, meet other tattooers and advertise my work and my Studio.
