50 tattoos

The exhibition zone had nearly 300 tattoo artists at work, creating tattoos in all existing styles. Most of them used tattoo machines, but there were also some that specialize in the hand poke method. There were many piercers at Katowice Tattoo Konwent, too, and they also had a lot of work. Best tattoo contests met with great interest, with as many as 730 works enrolled, created during or before the convention. The jury composed of Joanna Fąferko, Kalina Szymkiewicz and Laura Candy Ink gave 30 prizes, as well as additional awards for 12 designs.

Main prizes in their respective categories went to:

Best Tattoo Day I – Dima from Mona Lisa; Best Tattoo Day II – Mariusz from Speak in Color; large Tattoo – Michał Wurszt Tattoo; small Tattoo – Ebi from Aerograffitiink; traditional & neo-traditonal tattoo – Anna Gwiazdowska from Pudło Art; sleeve / Leg Sleeve / All Front / All Back Tattoo – Sersky from Aerograffitiink; realistic / Portrait Tattoo – Kosta from Kinky Needle; best rookie tattoo – Małpa from Totem Chrzanów; two-Day Tattoo & Collaborations – Michał Wurszt Tattoo.
