No one really doesn’t like to train legs, but that is so important, so promise me to do that, and when you have trained your legs some few times, you will notes that’s actually a fun thing to do, and in the girls eyes that’s a turnoff if you don’t got any leg muscles and have a big upper body, and for the girls, train your legs because there is nothing more beautiful than a squat ass.

For my legday I will do these exercises

‘’leg press’’

‘’hack squat’’

‘’smith machine squat’’

‘’seated leg curl’’

‘’straight legged deadlift’’

‘’lying hamstring curl.

3-4 sets. 10-12 reps.

Good Monday and good legday out there
