The World Famous Stockholm Ink Bash

The 23rd Stockholm Ink Bash Tattoo Convention took as usually place at the great
Munchenbryggeriet located at Södermalm in Stockholm, Sweden. It sure was three
amazing days filled with great art, entertainment and other fun stuff!

A lot of amazing tattoo artists from around the globe had found their way to Stockholm
to deliver high quality tattoos during the three days, a many of them where showed live
on stage, in the tattoo competitions that took place.

Some of the fantastic artists that participated was Julian Siebert from Germany,
Debora Cherrys from Spain, Ad Pancho from Poland, Andy Blanco from Sweden,
Benjamin Moss from USA, Ellen Westholm from Sweden, Stacy VL from Denmark,
Lorena Morato from UK and Niko Nerdo from France, just to name a few of the around
200 attending artists.

On stage during the three days, there was a lot of stuff going on, to entertain all the thousands of visitors.
On Friday afternoon there was a great band playing, called Captain Jack´s Army and later, on the evening
the crazy guy from Poland; Krystian Minda entered the stage to shock all the people. On Saturday, the lovely
Julia Frej entered the stage, singing with her powerful and amazing voice. On Sunday, there were another
cool band playing; Rumbling Tables, really nice band. Besides all the performers, the stage was filled with
tattoo competitions like; Best Small, Best Neo Traditional, Best Backpiece, Best of Day etc.

The competition jury was three legends in the “industry”;  Luckyaki from Luckyaki in Finland,
Circle from Circle Tattoo in Sweden and the great Mark Brent McKenzie from Australia,
now living in Umeå and working at Blackwoods Studio.
