Veteran Tattoo/Old-timers Artists, Telling their Story and Experiences:

Old-timers as we call them are a handful of select tattoo artist. They have all worked in the industry for decades, honing their skills and crafts. There is no doubt that all of these artists are both popular, well known and respected.
Each in their own way, has made a name for themselves with their style and work ethics etc.

However, what we will be focusing on in these particular interviews, is not their art. We will be focusing on their stories, how they got their start, what they feel has changed from back then, to today. What we want to focus on, is their opinions, their take on how the tattoo culture, industry and community, might have changed, Either for better or worse.

We hope this will be an interesting and great read for you, our fans. We will this time around, be focusing on Denmark. This is the home country of most of our staff, the birthplace of Mediazink. So it seems like a good place to start. However, if this project becomes a success, we would like to do more like it, focusing on the Old-timers of other countries.

The Old-timers from Denmark:

Our old-timers for this time around, are from all over Denmark. All of them are still working as tattoo artists, with their own tattoo studios to their names. Some of them, are even well known, outside of Denmark.
What they all have in common, is that they were part of the generation, that helped improve tattooing. Before we got the new generation of tattoo artists, that we see today. They did not have the same amount of colors or the same level of technology when they started out. But they have seen the developments and improvements in the industry, first hand. They have witnessed all the changes that have happened over the years, first hand. Which is why they have incredible and interesting stories to tell all of. We here at Mediaiznk, will be proud to bring out fans these stories.

We have a total of 8 awesome artists this time around, who we plan to bring you guys interesting articles about;
Hans from Art Factory.
