Get To Know The Swedish Ink Superviser

My name is Marcus Anderson, 28 years old and based in Sweden. My life for the last 10 years or so, have been about the world of tattooing and I have been collecting tattoos since 2009. It all started with my dad who was working as a tattoo artist and body piercer when I was a young kid and he also did my first tattoo, when I was 17. Since then, I was hooked and two years later I started on my left sleeve, and the rest is history.

So far, I´ve been tattooed by

I started to work in the world of tattooing back in 2010 I think, as a tattoo apprentice in a local shop in my hometown and I did that for o while until I understood that being a tattoo artist was not my thing, I wanted to do something else. After that, I helped a good friend to build and open his new tattoo shop wich is located in Helsingborg, Sweden.

Later, I started to work for a tattoo magazine and took care of social media, both for the magazine and for one tattoo artist who is based in Borås, Sweden. After the magazine thing, I started to help out with 50 Shades of Ink Helsingborg Tattoo Convention with promotion and other small stuff and I also worked as a shop assistent / manager in a tattoo shop in Helsingborg. I helped out with the convention for about two years, and than i joined the organizing team behind 50 Shades of Ink Helsingborg Tattoo Convention, and I´m still part of that team, more than ever. I´m also part of the team behind 50 Shades Of InkC openhagen Tattoo Expo wich now goes into it´s 3rd edition. I started to help out a little bit with MediaZink back in 2016 or something like that, just for fun and  I can now finally say that I will work full time with MediaZink.com as the Swedish Ink Superviser, but I will of course still be part of the organinzing teams behind 50 Shades of Ink Helsingborg and 50 Shades of Ink Copenhagen. Beside all this, I´m also in charge of BläckByrån Tattoo Stockholm´s Instagram account.
